- Free shipping offer applies to orders with eligible items that total over $100, before taxes and fees. Discount code must be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. This free shipping offer can be combined with other select offers.

Exceptions: Our current flat rate or free shipping promo offer does not apply to all items in our shop. Some conditions that could exclude an item from flat rate and free shipping include: if the item is oversized or heavy, very fragile items, exceptional vintage/antique items, or items that require special shipping and handling needs. Examples of excluded items include: furniture, lamps, large baskets, large artwork, mirrors, large household and decor items.


Processing: We are currently on partial maternity leave. Depending on your order, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Estimated Delivery: Shipping transit times vary based on your shipping address and carrier. You should receive your package within 2-8 business days, for most orders. All orders are shipped from our retail shop in DeLand, Florida 32720, or our warehouse in New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32168.

Furniture Purchases: Shipping and delivery is not available through Victor & Rose for furniture items. Furniture is not eligible for free or flat rate shipping. Shipping charges shown are only an estimate, the buyer must secure a third-party shipping provider.

We are happy to work with your choice of a third-party shipping provider, such as or Plycon. Once you coordinate shipping through a third-party, we will do our best to schedule a pick up time during our normal business hours. If you have any questions, please reach out us prior to purchase. Hi neighbor! We are currently on partial maternity leave. Since our downtown storefront is closed, we are not offering local pick up at this time. Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to make future arangements.


Though we make every effort to keep our online inventory current, occasionally we may not have what you ordered in stock, and will need to cancel an order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause! This may occur to vintage/antique items that have sold within the last 24 hours on other platforms, or if another customer has the item in hand at our shop but has not yet checked out. It may also occur with some of our merchandise due to the small quantities we stock, especially during high demand times in our retail store. Thank you for your understanding.


We get it! Sometimes the item you loved just doesn't work out. No problem, we're here to help make it right.

Please reach out and notify us if you would like to initiate a return.

Eligible items purchased online may be returned for store credit only, we currently do not offer refunds.

- Only unused items, with original tags, that are in perfect resaleable condition will be considered for returns. If used or damaged items are sent back to us, they will not be credited.

- Items not eligible for return include food and personal care items such as soaps, lotions, bath products, etc.

- Returns must be in transit to us within within 7 business days from the day you receive the merchandise.

- Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, and tracking is recommended as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

- You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been received. If all conditions are met, a store credit will be issued as a gift card via email containing the amount paid for the merchandise and not for original shipping charges.

In-store Purchases: For items purchased in person at our retail store, please refer to your receipt for current return policy.


We currently do not offer exchanges for items purchased online, due to the small quantities and high demand of our merchandise. Any returned merchandise will be processed for store credit only.

ALL ITEMS MARKED DOWN OR LABELED "SALE" ARE SOLD AS-IS AND ARE FINAL SALE. No returns for store credit, or exchanges, will be offered on these items.


If your package arrives damaged due to transit, please do not throw away any boxes, packaging, or broken items. We will ask for pictures that will be required to make a claim to the shipping carrier.


If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable" it will be processed for store credit, less any associated return shipping fees.


Orders are shipped to the shipping address and name provided by the customer at the time of checkout. Unfortunately, if an incorrect address was provided at the time of checkout, we are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.

If you did not receive your package, but tracking shows a delivery confirmation, please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.


In the rare case that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or a package with incorrect or missing items, please report it to us within 3 days of your package delivery. You can contact via email at If we are not notified within 3 days of delivery, it will no longer qualify for a return or a replacement.  We ask that you please include a clear photo(s) of the damaged or defective item(s) in your email.
